Cheesy Oven Rings

Description

New family favorite, and its easy!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion
  • 3 T Coconut Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 T Grated Romano or Manchego Cheese
  • 1/8 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Parsley Flakes
  • 1/8 t Paprika
  • Sea salt to tastes (romano is a salty cheese so be careful)

Instructions

  1. Place seasoning in bag and shake to mix well.
  2. Whisk egg in a bowl
  3. Slice onion and separate rings 1/4 inch slices are good.
  4. Dip rings in egg wash and place in bag. Shake well to coat rings.
  5. Shake off any extra coating and Place on a baking sheet
  6. Place in preheated oven of 400f and cook 12 minutes or until rings begin to lightly brown.
