Dill Cucumber Salad

Description

This crisp cool Dill Cucumber Salad is the perfect side dish on a hot summer day!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1/2 large red onion diced
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 1 T white wine vinegar
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 T dried dill

Instructions

  1. Mix all above ingredients in bowl and fold to combine. Chill at least 2 hours and serve.
