Description

A healthy fish recipe that has a spice that is nice.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Boneless Cod Fillets
  • 23 t Chili Powder
  • 23 t Cumin Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Pepper
  • 1 t Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 t Cayenne Powder
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your fish well with paper towels.
  2. Mix all seasoning in bowl. Coat front and back of fish with chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne, paprika
  3. Place oil in skillet and heat to high medium heat.
  4. Sauté fish for 4-5 minutes on each size, depending on the size of your fish or until flakes easily with your fork.
  5. Drizzle a little lemon juice on top and serve with onion rings
