Hi friends! Hope everyone is healthy and happy. Last weekend was the big event I had been preparing for! And, drumroll please.....I FIT in the dress and had a blast dancing the night away. It was such a beautiful wedding, and I couldn't be happier for the newlyweds. Even though I experienced some setbacks this summer due to unexpected personal issues and didn't hit my 40 lb weight loss goal, I am happy to say that I was still able to see a significant loss in inches! I'm working on breaking some bad habits still and continuing to push forward to be the best me possible. I have lost 4.5 lbs and am expecting bigger numbers and results in the upcoming weeks.
