Easy Korean BBQ Ribs

Description

This Easy Korean Bar-B-Cue Ribs are super simple to make and even more delicious to eat!!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef back ribs
  • 1 c +1/4 c Dr. Brown approved Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 T wheat free Worcestershire
  • 1 T beef broth
  • 1 t olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. Rub ribs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in crockpot.
  3. Mix Korean bar-b-cue sauce, Worcestershire and beef broth.
  4. Pour over ribs.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hrs or low for 8.
  6. Remove and place on baking rack. Bast with additional bbq and place in oven on broil for 1-2 minutes. Watch closely to ensure they do not burn.
  7. Serve.
