Sirloin Steak Tips with Peppers and Onions

Description

This simple steak, onions, and peppers recipe is a super easy yet delicious meal the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 green bell peppers, large diced
  • 2 medium yellow onions, large diced
  • 1 1/2 T olive oil
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1 t ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In a large oven dish mix steak, onion and peppers. Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and drain some of the excess juice and then stir. Place back in oven for additional 5 minutes to brown, or until desired wellness reached.
  5. Serve over cauliflower rice or cauliflower mashers.
