Description
Grill up or pan-fry your favorite cut of steak and top with this delicious chimichurri sauce. Once you taste it, there will be no wonder why this is a Latin American favorite!

Ingredients
- 4 (6-8 oz) steaks
- 1/2 c flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 1 t red pepper flakes
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 t minced garlic
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t crushed black peppercorn
Instructions
- Season and cook steak on grill or in pan to liking.
- In a food processor blend all remaining ingredients well.
- Once steak is cooked, cover in sauce or serve on the side as a dip.
