Description

This Balsamic Chicken with Spicy Bacon Maple Glaze is full of flavor and baked to perfection! With no refined sweeteners and all REAL food ingredients, you can enjoy this sweet and spicy dish with no regrets!

Scale

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 T fresh ground black peppercorns
  • 1 t sea salt

Glaze:

  • 8 oz Wellshire Farm turkey bacon
  • 1/2 c pure maple syrup
  • 5 dashes of Tabasco or Red Devil Hot Sauce
  • 3 T Worcestershire

Instructions

  1. Place bacon strips on baking sheet and cook at 425 for 20 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. In a gallon ziplock bag, place chicken.
  4. Cover with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Crumble bacon and set aside.
  7. After chicken has set in mixture, remove and place in a baking dish. (I take a marinade injector and use the mixture in the bag to inject the chicken, or you can just spoon a little of the marinade atop each breast. Discard remaining marinade.)
  8. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Glaze:

  1. In a medium sauce pan pour in maple syrup, hot sauce and Worcestershire.
  2. Heat on medium heat and allow to bubble for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped bacon.
  3. Once chicken Is cooked, drizzle glaze over chicken and serve.

  1. GO!!!
This phrase was said by the first cosmonaut on Earth – Yuri Gagarin. (Yuri Gagarin)
He was the first astronaut on Earth. He was Russian! …
Now Russia is becoming a strong country, gas pipelines, a vaccine against COVID-19, an army.
Is this very reminiscent of the communist Soviet Union?
    How do you think?
Now we have total control in our country. I am interested in the opinion of foreigners.
