Sweet and Spicy Skinless Chicken Legs

Description

These skinless chicken legs have the perfect kick from the mixture of garlic, chili, paprika and cumin, but are also balanced with just the right amount of sweet from raw, local honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skinless chicken legs
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 4 T honey
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 T chili powder
  • 1 T paprika
  • 1 T cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F or grill.
  2. In a large gallon ziplock, add all above ingredients. Shake, pat and mix well. You can add more olive oil if needed to get a better coat. Let marinate 1 hour or up to 24.
  3. Cook until internal temp is reached. In oven about 30 minutes.
