Pineapple Citrus Jerk Chicken

Description

Well seasoned chicken with a citrus kick sure to brighten up your grill.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 c Diced Pineapple
  • 4 Slices of Lemon
  • Juice of 2 Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges, Peeled and Sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 T Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple, lemon slices, mandarin orange juice, salt, pepper and paprika into air tight container and mix well.
  2. Place chicken and mandarin orange slices in with marinade and let sit for at least two hours.
  3. Pre-heat grill and line with foil.
  4. Place chicken with marinade on foil and cook
