Coconut Honey Butter Chicken

Description

Mildly sweet with just the right amount of crunch … this chicken is sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • salt
  • shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup raw organic honey
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat each side of chicken breasts with coconut.
  3. Lay chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  5. While chicken is cooking, melt 1 stick butter.
  6. Once chicken is done, remove from oven.
  7. Take butter off burner and whisk in honey.
  8. Place a chicken breast on each plate. Ladle sauce over chicken and ENJOY!
