Buffalo Chicken Breast

Description

This “breaded” chicken breast dish is super flavorful with just the right amount of heat from the buffalo sauce!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 c hazelnut meal
  • 1/2 c buffalo sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 T fine chopped parsley
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix hazelnut meal, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, add egg and buffalo sauce.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Dredge chicken in buffalo sauce mixture and then into hazelnut meal. Coat well.
  6. Add chicken to baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes.
