It’s that time of year again where fans all over the country get together to cheer on their favorite college football team. This recipe is the perfect finger food that follows all Dr. Brown’s rules, yet will add flavor and spice to the spread. Try it out at your next football party for an easy paleo main dish that is sure to please the crowd!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken legs (about 8)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 c Dr. Brown approved BBQ Sauce or Homemade

Instructions:

Step 1: Place seasonings in 1 gallon ziplock bag.

Step 2: Add chicken legs in bag and secure.

Step 3: Shake until all chicken is covered well.

Step 4: Place on rack in a baking dish or sheet, and cook in oven on high broil without preheating.

Step 5: Turn every 5 minutes until all sides are browned and seasoning is set.

Step 6: Coat with BBQ sauce and continue cooking, rotating an additional 15 minutes or so.

Step 7 : Remove from oven. Plate and serve!
