Simple Salmon Foil

Description

This simple salmon dish makes for a tasty, healthy dinner without all the fuss!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 small red onion, sliced to rings
  • 1 lemon, sliced to Rings
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Lay foil flat.
  3. Place 4 oz of washed asparagus on each piece of foil.
  4. Place salmon fillets on asparagus.
  5. Top salmon with onion and lemon rings.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  7. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Open foil and serve.
