Bacon Crusted Cordon Bleu

Description

As a classic cordon bleu will always be a favorite, but now Dr. Brown has made it better, and better for you.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breast Halves
  • 8oz Shaved Roast Beef
  • 8oz Sliced thin Manchego Cheese
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 lb. Sliced Turkey Bacon Crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cook Turkey bacon in oven on 425f for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. Reset your oven to 375f. Take chicken breast halves and butterfly them.
  3. Stuff each breast with 2oz shaved roast beef and manchego cheese. Close tight as possible. Brush Chicken breast with dijon mustard and sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top.
  4. Place in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy
