Broccoli Slaw

Description

This broccoli salad is delicious and makes the perfect side dish for your next BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 5 c broccoli florets,uncooked
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c raisins or cranberries
  • 1 c sheep feta or manchego grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice broccoli florets into small, pieces.
  2. Place in Tupperware bowl with lid.
  3. Add onion, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, raisins or cranberries, mayo, cheese of choice and vinegar.
  4. Place lid on securely and shake vigorously until well combined.
  5. Allow to chill for a few hours or over night.
  6. Serve well chilled.
