Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

Description

An easy dressing recipe that includes fresh cilantro, garlic, fresh squeezed lime juice.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 c Cilantro, packed
  • 1 Medium Garlic Clove
  • 2 Limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 c Olive Oil
  • 1 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 1 t Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine vinaigrette ingredients into a food processor, mini chopper, or blender and pulse until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
