Description

This cucumber salad is crisp, cool, and delicious!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 whole cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 c parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c vinegar, white or apple cider depending on preference
  • juice of 2 small-medium limes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and serve!
