Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken (boiled, leftover, rotisserie)
- 48 oz chicken stock
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 t sea salt
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 small jalapenos sliced
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a large stock pan heat stock over medium heat.
- Add pepper, salt and garlic powder and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Chop cilantro, jalapeños, and green onions while broth is warming.
- Warm or cook chicken by preferred method.
- In your soup bowl add warmed chicken, green onions, jalapeños and cilantro to liking. Pour broth over chicken and vegetables.
- Serve.
