Ingredients
- 4 c diced butternut squash
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- In a small sauce pan heat butter to melt over low heat.
- Whisk in cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
- Pour butter mixture over squash and toss to cover evenly.
- Drizzle with syrup and toss again.
- Place baking dish in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
