Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bundle asparagus, sliced
  • 4 c spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T all-purpose seasoning
  • 1/4 c chicken broth
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet heat olive over med-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, all-purpose seasoning, garlic and cook until brown and cooked through.
  3. Add asparagus and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and stir.
  5. Add spinach, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper and remove from heat once spinach wilts.
  6. Serve.
