Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bundle asparagus, sliced
- 4 c spinach
- 1 lemon
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T all-purpose seasoning
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet heat olive over med-high heat.
- Add chicken, all-purpose seasoning, garlic and cook until brown and cooked through.
- Add asparagus and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and stir.
- Add spinach, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper and remove from heat once spinach wilts.
- Serve.
