Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 strips turkey bacon
- 1/4t white pepper
- 1/4t sea salt
- 1T mustard (yellow or Dijon)
- 3 T paleo jarred mayo or homemade
- 1 T minced green onion or chives
- Paprika optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Boil a pot of water.
- Add eggs to boiling water. Cook 15 minutes and run under cool water immediately.
- While eggs are boiling, add bacon to preheated oven and cook till crispy (15-17 minutes).
- Remove and cool.
- In a bowl mix mustard mayo seal salt and pepper.
- Peel eggs and remove yolk. Add to mayo mixture and blend well.
- Add yolk mixture into bag and pipe into egg halves evenly.
- Chop bacon and add to top of eggs.
- Add minced chives.
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
- Serve or chill.
