Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chopped asparagus
  • 3 t red pepper flakes
  • 1 T honey
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 2 T water
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet to med-high heat.
  2. Add olive oil and chopped asparagus and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water and honey, and simmer until almost cooked out.
  6. Add fish sauce and red pepper flakes.
  7. Cook 1 more minute and remove from heat and plate.
