Turkey Sausage, Zucchini and Pepper K-Bobs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Pre-Cooked Turkey Kalbasa
  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Small Apple
  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 T Balsamic
  • 1 t Oregeno

Instructions

  1. Heat and oil grill well
  2. Cut kalbasa into 1-inch pieces
  3. Cut veggies into the same
  4. Mix oil, honey, balsamic and oregano together. pour in a bag with kalbasa and veggies. Let Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  5. Start placing kalbasa and veggies on skewers alternating.
  6. Place on hot grill and turn about every 5 minutes
