Savory Summer Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs. Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 c Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 c Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1/4 c Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 t Arrowroot Powder
  • 2 t Fresh Minced Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Mix all above ingredients except arrowroot powder
  3. Coat chicken on both sides
  4. Place in baking dish and cover with remixing sauce. cook for 35 minutes
  5. Remove and let sit 5 minutes. Remove chicken and plate. stir in arrowroot powder and thicken sauce pour over plated chicken and serve.
