Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. Chicken Breast
- 1/4 c Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 c Stone Ground Mustard
- 1/4 c Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 T Rice Wine Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 t Arrowroot Powder
- 2 t Fresh Minced Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Mix all above ingredients except arrowroot powder
- Coat chicken on both sides
- Place in baking dish and cover with remixing sauce. cook for 35 minutes
- Remove and let sit 5 minutes. Remove chicken and plate. stir in arrowroot powder and thicken sauce pour over plated chicken and serve.
