Ingredients
- 4 large halibut fillets
- 1/2 c pasture butter, melted
- 1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T parsley
- 1/2 t paprika
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, parsley, and paprika.
- Dip the halibut fillets in the paprika mixture.
- Place on a broil pan and broil until the tilapia flakes easily with a fork (about 10 mins.)
- Serve immediately.
