These flavorful Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops are tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lamb chops (11 1/2 inch thick)
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (1 T of it chopped)
  • 5 whole cloves garlic
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c sherry
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season and rub chops with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary.
  2. In Dutch oven add olive oil and heat on high.
  3. Add garlic and 2 sprigs rosemary.
  4. Cook 1-2 minutes and add chops.
  5. Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add wine and cover.
  7. Cook 7-10 minutes depending on preferred doneness.
