Description

Mashed NoTatoes are a delicious cauliflower side dish to satisfy the palette for the taste and feel of a mashed potatoes without all the starch and empty calories!

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Cauliflower or 1 package of frozen cauliflower florets
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Butter
  • 12 Cloves of Garlic

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower until very soft.
  2. Chop up cauliflower and put in a food processor or blender with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Blend to desired consistency.
