Description

This healthy and tasty cabbage recipe makes for a great summer side dish when grilling out!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage (color of your choice), chopped
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 46 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 12 lemons, juiced
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drizzle oil on cabbage and scrunch.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss.
  4. Chill 2 hours
