Description

This a quick and easy way to make asparagus and it results in a tasty dish with just the right amount of flavor and crisp!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears, ends snapped off
  • 2 T fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 T organic extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place asparagus on a baking tray in a single layer.
  3. Brush on remaining ingredients, and bake uncovered until asparagus is tender, about 8 minutes.
  4. Serve hot!
