Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus spears, ends snapped off
- 2 T fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 4 T organic extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place asparagus on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Brush on remaining ingredients, and bake uncovered until asparagus is tender, about 8 minutes.
- Serve hot!
