Roasted Cauliflower

Description

This roasted cauliflower recipe is simple yet delicious and a perfect compliment to your favorite grilled meat.


Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all above ingredients in zip lock bag and shake until evenly coated.
  2. Place on baking sheet in oven on high broil for 10-15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
  3. Serve with paleo ranch if desired.
