Paleo Pizza Crust

Description

This paleo pizza crust is very versatile and delicious. It would make a good flat bread as well!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut four
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place all ingredients except for egg into a mixing bowl.
  3. Using a hand mixer, mix ingredients together well.
  4. Add egg, and beat it into the dough.
  5. Remove dough and roll into golf ball sized balls.
  6. Place balls on foil lined pizza pan.
  7. Spread dough to desired thickness using fingers (about 3 -4 in in diameter).
  8. Place in Pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cook, Cool and enjoy!

Notes

For thinner “crust” Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to desired thinness.
