This sweet and spicy Mahi dish is just as tasty as it is beautiful!

Ingredients
- 4 (6oz) Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/4 c jarred jalapeño chutney
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lime (juice 1/2)
Instructions
- In a sauté pan heat oil on medium
- Coat fish in jalapeño chutney and salt and pepper.
- Place fish in pan and cook 3 minutes
- Flip and cook another 3.
- Squeeze juice from half a lime into pan and cover 1-2 minutes.
- Remove and serve with lime wedge.
