Grilled Salmon with Basil Butter

Description

The salmon dish is bursting with so much flavor that you would never think it was so simple to make. This is sure to become a family favorite!


Scale

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 ounces each
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¾ tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp pasture butter, softened or ghee
  • 4 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Mix butter with basil and rub over salmon.
  3. Place salmon in a fish grill basket.
  4. Cook skin side down over medium-hot covered grill for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  5. Salmon is done when it turns a light pink color throughout.
