Description
This grain-free “cornbread” is an excellent substitute for traditional cornbread. For a delicious breakfast, warm and drizzle with honey. For a more savory side dish with a little spice, try adding pepper and jalepeno.

Ingredients
- 1 c almond flour
- 1/2 c coconut flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 6 eggs
- 8 T pasture butter, melted
- 3 T raw honey
- 1 c coconut milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to bowl, and whisk together.
- Line a 9 in x 9 in glass dish with parchment paper, and fill with batter.
- Bake for 30-35 min until top is lightly browned, and toothpick comes out clean.
