Beef and Veggie Foil Bake

Description

Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you … it is packed with both nutrition and flavor! Who knew beef, onion, carrots, celery and Worcestershire could be this delicious!?

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef formed into 4 patties
  • 1/4 c wheat free Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 c baby carrots
  • 3/4 c chopped celery
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a large piece of foil place one hamburger patty.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with onions, carrots and celery.
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 of the Worcestershire over patty.
  6. Fold foil to seal in heat and steam. Place on baking sheet and repeat process.
  7. Place in oven for 1 hr.
  8. Remove and serve out of foil for easy clean up!
