Ingredients
- 2 eggs, yolks removed
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 T pasture butter
- 4–5 small strawberries, diced
- 1 T cashew or almond butter
Instructions
- Remove yolk from 2 eggs.
- Mix in cinnamon into egg whites.
- Heat butter over low-medium heat (Cook low and slow ~ 5 minutes.)
- Add egg white mixture, allow to cook ,and begin to set top.
- Flip and repeat.
- Remove egg white flat cake and plate.
- Top with cashew butter and strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
