This simple fix-it-and-forget-it recipe creates the tastiest fall-off-the-bones ribs!

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef spare rib
- 1 c Dr. Brown Approved Bar-B-Cue Sauce or Homemade
- 1/4 c citrus juice (orange, pineapple, etc.)
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place ribs into crock pot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour BBQ sauce and citrus juice over ribs to coat.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
