A perfect meal for summer parties with friends that has a zesty kick.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 large bell peppers, any color
- 1½ Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 limes, juiced
- Chipotle salsa
- Mixed greens
Instructions
- Rinse chicken and pat dry. Remove stem and seeds from peppers and cut into quarters.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, oregano and garlic salt; sprinkle over both sides of chicken and on inside of peppers.
- Place on a grill over hot coals and cook until chicken is no longer pink inside and peppers are lightly charred.
- Baste chicken and peppers with lime juice and salsa during cooking. Remove chicken and peppers from grill. Cut into bite-size strips and place atop mixed greens Makes 4 servings.
