- 2 small-medium yellow squash
- 1/4 cup of pasture butter
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- onion powder to taste
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and slice squash.
- In a large heavy skillet or wok, melt butter, add onion and squash, and cook on medium to medium-high heat until water is gone and veggies starts to brown.
- Add salt, pepper, and onion powder to taste.
- Cook a few minutes longer.
