Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons coarse grain mustard
- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated lime zest
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1½ pound whole piece of salmon
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for sauce.
- Grill fish with skin side down and sauce on top. Don’t turn it over.
