Description
Beef kabobs are a great option for summertime cookouts. This particular recipe uses honey and mustard for a unique tangy flavor.

Ingredients
- 1– 1 1/2 lb boneless top sirloin steak, cut 1 1/4 in thick
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T water
- 2 t Dijon-style mustard
- 1 t honey
- 1/2 t dried crushed oregano leaves
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 medium green, red, or yellow bell pepper, cut into 1 1/4″ pieces
- 12 large mushrooms
Instructions
- Cut steak into 1 1/4″ strips.
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add beef, bell pepper and mushrooms, stirring to coat.
- Alternatively thread beef, bell pepper, and mushroom on each of four 12 in metal skewers.
- Place kabobs on racks on broiler pan or grill and cook for 8-10 minutes from medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
