Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well and healthy. Wow is the summer flying by quick! I have been non stop it seems. Things have been super busy with work and life in general. I had the AMAZING opportunity to go to Disney World!

What an awesome life experience! I don’t care if your 5 or 50, it’s definitely somewhere you need to go and see at least once in your life. I absolute look forward to going back with my own family but I already made forever memories. The Magic Kingdom is HUGE! Make sure if you go you bring great walking shoes. We averaged about 8-10 miles a day.

That’s a lot of moving. I came home and discovered I had lost about 8 pounds in 5 days!! Part of that weight loss was of course keeping moving and staying active but I believe the majority was planning ahead and eating healthy. We had food delivered and were able to prep all meals with the exception of two. We were on vacation at DISNEY WORLD, so of course I indulged a little. Everything in moderation. With the combination of eating foods that feed my body not just my face (even if I indulged a little), the planning ahead, and the movement, I was able to maintain a great amount of energy which you definitely need. I hope if you are planning on a vacation that you plan accordingly for you and your family. Have food delivered if you can or take your own. Make smart food choices that keep your energy level up. Make sure to pack healthy snacks, and maybe have yourself a special treat. With the Dr. Brown diet and the meal plan, let us do the work for you. We will send you 4 amazing meals and the grocery list leaving you with very little to do to help take care of you and your family. Add a few easy snacks such as fruit, nuts, and pickles. You can even pull a few extra recipes away for more than 4 days. I promise it will make your vacation a success. Stay healthy my friends.
