Hello FRIENDS! How are you all doing? I’ve been doing pretty good… enjoying the summer heat and afternoon pool time.  To be honest though, up until today, I have felt discouraged and disappointed in my weight loss journey. I haven’t been sticking perfectly to the Dr. Brown Diet and haven’t been exercising as regularly as I had planned to. Even though I have lost 8 lbs in the last month and half, I expected the weight to come off quicker and was disheartened when I hit a plateau a few weeks ago. But after taking my measurements today, I see that my efforts haven’t been in vain! Check it out:

Original Measurements/ New Measurements:

Waist: 42 inches/ 39 in
Hips: 48 inches/ 45 in
Bust: 45 1/2 inches/ 43 in
Thighs:
L:  29 1/2 inches/ 28 in
R: 29 inches/ 28 in
Calves:
L: 16 inches/ 16 3/4 in
R: 16 inches/ 16 3/4 in
Biceps:
L: 16 3/4 inches/ 16 in
R: 16 1/2 inches/ 16 in
Behind: 48 3/4 inches/ 47 1/4 in

Excluding my calves, which I’m kind of in love with (see pic below) … I’ve lost 13 and 3/4 total inches!!!

I was honestly in shock when I started seeing the inches I had lost. It was a wonderful pick-me-up and excellent motivator to keep me pushing harder! I can do this, and I know y’all can as well! My dedication is back at 150%, and I’m ready to achieve more inches and pounds lost! Hope to update y’all soon on my progress!

Stay healthy, my friends!!
