Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the new paleo recipes coming to you each and every week that are all Dr. Brown approved. After the last two weeks, I have made a little progress. I’m working on breaking some bad habits still and continuing to push forward to be the best me possible. I have lost 4.5 lbs and am expecting bigger numbers and results in the upcoming weeks. But I’ll tell you what, every ounce I lose I celebrate! Each ounce brings me closer to my goal! My goal this week is to lose 5 lbs with strict Dr. Brown Diet and exercise. Other changes have been made to my body through the Dr. Brown diet as well. My complexion has cleared up. I’m in a much better mood. (I’m a happy person to begin with, but now it may be a little much for some people! LOL.) I have more energy, and my mind stays clear. I also rest better. The Dr. Brown Diet can improve so much of your daily life and health. What progress have y’all made? What are some recipes y’all would like me to transition to be Dr. Brown approved?
